Mini veal burger rosemary
Take the veal mini-burgers out of the refrigerator half an hour before you start preparing them to let them come to room temperature. Bake the buns according to instructions. If the small dark brown buns are not available you can replace them with thick slices of whole-wheat farmhouse bread. In that case, cut rounds out of them and briefly toast. Mix some lettuce with the onion, adding some oil. Pre-heat a frying pan on medium heat and fry the veal mini-burgers for 2 minutes on each side.
Coat the bottoms of the buns with a little pesto, put lettuce on it, then the mini-burger and cover with the crust. Serve immediately.
Cut rounds the size of a veal burger out of slices of white bread.
Spread the bottom with red pesto, put some slivers of mozzarella on it and the veal burger on top.
