Mini veal burger tomato

Preparation

Take the veal mini-burgers out of the refrigerator half an hour before you start preparing them to let them come to room temperature. Cut the slices of bread into 4 wedges. Coat the slices of bread on both sides with olive oil and fry them in a frying pan on medium heat until crispy, turning them over regularly. Take them out of the pan and rub them on one side with the halved clove of garlic. Boil the beef tomato in water for 10 seconds, then plunge into cold water. Peel the tomato and cut it into small cubes. Cut the basil leaves into slivers and mix with the diced tomato adding some olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Pre-heat a frying pan on medium heat and fry the veal mini-burgers for 2 minutes on each side.

Spread the diced tomatoes over the bread wedges, put a veal mini-burger on top and serve immediately.

Variation

Prepare 4 crostini the size of a veal burger. Put the veal burgers on the crostini and cover with a slice of grilled tomato.
