Mini veal burger Classic

Preparation

Take the veal mini-burgers out of the refrigerator half an hour before you start preparing them to let them come to room temperature. Briefly toast the slices of bread and cut six wedges out of them. Pre-heat a frying pan on medium heat and fry the veal mini-burgers for 2 minutes on each side. Take a bread wedge, thinly coat it with mayonnaise, top with lettuce, then the veal burger, a slice of cheese and another wedge. Thinly coat the top of the sandwich with ketchup. Place a second veal burger on top of that, then a slice of tomato and cover with another wedge.
Serve immediately. Goes well with vegetable crisps.

  • 3 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 slices of mature cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves of choice
  • 1 small sliced tomato
  • 1 bag of vegetable crisps
